A green building design which follows BEAM Plus standards. About 30,000 sqm of special design metal ceiling panels were designed manufactured and supplied by Suckow & Fischer. Design criteria are: 1) A consistently 20 mm open gap along the perimeter of all ceiling panels; 2) All ceiling panels are fully demountable & hung vertically from ceiling grids for easy maintenance; 3) there are locking devices to secure the ceiling panels for safety.
The unique design of the isosceles triangular shape panels in sizes of 1200 x 1200 mm in 3mm thick aluminium, perforated with acoustical function NRC 80% at arrival level. There are 20 boarding link bridges where 900 x 900 mm right-angle triangular ceiling panels are installed. All downlight fixtures are installed at the center of the open intersection of six triangular ceiling panels. As a result, the ceiling panels are flat and easy for cleaning.
Oversized non-perforated aluminium hook-on panels in sizes up to 1.8M width x 3.6M length and quadrilateral shapes non-perforated hook-on panels with 77% high gloss powder coated finish are installed along the curtain wall of the building.
